Data Deletion Instructions
Comet Rocks GmbH ("Comet", "we", "us") provides the Comet Platform, including integrations with third-party services such as Meta and Facebook. This page explains how users can request deletion of personal data that Comet processes.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email privacy@comet.rocks with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include enough information for us to identify your account:
- Your full name
- The email address used for your Comet account
- Your company or organization name, if applicable
- Whether the request relates to a Meta or Facebook integration
Meta and Facebook Integration Data
If you connected a Meta or Facebook account to Comet, we may process integration data such as access tokens, ad account identifiers, campaign and ad metadata, and imported creative metadata required to provide the integration. You can request deletion of this integration data using the email process above.
You may also revoke Comet access from your Meta or Facebook account settings. Revoking access stops future access by Comet, but you should still contact us if you want us to delete data already stored by Comet.
What Happens Next
After receiving your request, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity and authority to act for the relevant account or organization. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account unless we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, security, billing, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
We will confirm completion of your request or explain why certain data must be retained.
